Who we are

Inland Headshots is a by-appointment photography studio serving San Bernardino and the Inland Empire. You can contact us at Email the studio.

Information we may collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, service selections, newsletter signup information, uploaded photos, resume builder details, email signature generator details, and messages you send us.

When you book or buy through Square, payment and point-of-sale information may be collected and processed by Square. We may receive business records related to your appointment or purchase, such as your name, contact details, selected service, purchase history, appointment time, and transaction status.

Free tools

The resume builder and email signature generator are provided to help visitors create professional materials. Information typed into these tools may be used in your browser to generate previews and downloadable or copyable content. If a tool asks you to upload an image, that image may be processed so the tool can create a preview or crop. Do not enter sensitive information that you do not want included in your generated resume or email signature.

Analytics, cookies, and similar technology

We may use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use the website, which pages are viewed, what devices or browsers are used, and how people find the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. This helps us improve page speed, content, advertising, search performance, and user experience.

Email newsletter and marketing

If you join our email list, we may use your name and email address to send headshot tips, studio updates, promotions, and related information. We may use an email marketing provider such as Constant Contact to manage the list. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

How we use information

We use information to book appointments, provide photography services, process purchases, deliver final images, respond to messages, operate free tools, improve the website, measure marketing performance, send requested emails, protect the site, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us run the business, including appointment booking, payment processing, email marketing, website hosting, analytics, file storage, and communication tools. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Photos and portfolio use

Headshots, portraits, restoration examples, and behind-the-scenes images may be used in galleries, portfolios, social media, advertising, or website examples only when we have permission, a release, or another appropriate business basis. If you have a concern about an image displayed by Inland Headshots, contact us.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information we control. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, appointment, or business record reasons. You can also adjust browser cookie settings or use available Google tools to manage analytics preferences.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No website, payment system, email system, or online tool can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13. Seasonal portraits or children portraits must be booked or managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to Square, Google Maps, social media platforms, WordPress blog content, affiliate or studio tool links, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last revised.
